Was a little concerned about giving up the cd/dvd drive, but you can get an external one for less than $25 if you really need it. Overall a great computer with good features and speed.

I called the helpdesk, and the gentleman I talked to got me up and going quickly.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am definitely not electronic smart person but surprisingly Windows 10 is pretty easy to use and it was easy to set up simple step by step directions and I'm learning pretty much as I go you might as well stay with the times and do the update I was unsure of the year by year plan however the sales person explained the benefits to having a year to year plan and if the laptop goes bad you could at least transfer the Windows 10 Dover which saves you a whole bunch of money for down the road well worth the investment if you're going to do any kind of General operations

Well I have only good things to say about it, never gets stuck (as long as you have internet connection or save offline. works perfectly with stylus, I love this product.

I love the digital subscription as opposed to having to install software from a package. I highly recommend it.

You just put in the "product key" that is supplied and that unlocks all of the data which enables the install process. Works like a charm!
