The big problem I have is that Outlook does not accept my Office Outlook password and there is no means to reset it. Without the password it remains non-functional. I will have to go through the trouble of calling MS or my IP.

However I use Google as my internet, e-mail, and scheduling platform. when. 365 was installed , I had to keep re-choosing Google as my primary. MS Edge and Outlook would not delete or shut off. I had to return to the Geek Squad at the store, and a great Geek Fixed the problem. Still when I tried to link my I phone to my computer MS edge interfered a gain. PURE GREED FROM ms

I think since it is for one user that is what is causing me the issues we are having with trying to set up my husband and his email. Then again, I can't BUY a Smart phone and have to lease it these days. That being said, it works fine and am pleased, since I have so many documents on my computer in Word and Excel.
