We all need it, buy it and have the Geek Squad install it. They had everything set up for me in a very short time. Very affordable price and easy to use.

First off, you need to know that this is a subscription model and once the subscription is over, you lose access to everything. The Best Buy employee who sold me this LIED to me when I asked if that was the case and if I would no longer be able to use Microsoft Word after the subscription, and he assured me I could. That is a LIE. So be very careful if you decide you want this product or not. Personally, I don't know that it's worth it. I use Word, Excel and a few other things, but most of the products offered by Microsoft 365 are useless to me. I don't want the AI, their OneDrive photo system is inferior to Google's, and in fact, most of the things they offer are inferior to Google, and many of the things I use Microsoft products for are free on Google. So once my subscription is up, I'll just migrate everything over to Google because I shouldn't have to keep paying for a product - especially if I only want some of the elements. This subscription model is pure greed, end of story.

This is a set that everyone should have and use. The installation was really easy and fast. It is the best program for work and everything you need. Thank you, Best Buy!

I needed this product in order to view an online training video after being hired for a new Job. The Microsoft version that was installed on my computer was outdated. I subscribed to the latest version and was able to complete the online new hire training requirement. Highly recommend this product. It was very easy to install by following the instructions.

I have had the Microsoft 365 subscription for the past couple of years. It's a must have, if you have kids in school or do work from home. Always up to date apps and can use on multiple devices. Having the OneDrive storage is really nice to have. Definately reccomend.

Price is reasonable for pro features-now 2 computers are using the one subscription. Easy to use!
