For one thing it contains too much for which I have little use as am I very familiar with Word and Excel, and that is about it. My original download was the 2007 versions of both. As with the Dell laptop, I am hopeful that the folder by folder review of the Control Panel will lead me to an online owner's manual for this application. I am happy to have purchased it but feel technologically challenged.

Besides it being faster than my last one, it is much lighter, the screen is brighter, and the keys are bigger. If I needed a second laptop, I would another one exactly like this one.
