The updates can get annoying as they are so frequent and can take a long time. However, I do love the cloud, flexibility, and cooperative integration with other programs. Would buy again.

Good product but purchase where your automatic renewal will not get processed twice!

Good value for the price. Gives us the options to use the MS Office suite for personal use.

Bought it to access Microsoft word on MacBook. It renews every year. Can do multiple devices if need as well (additional $).

Excellent bargain if you need to type up essays for school.

Shoukd come with device but works well. Just wish Microsoft came with instead of having to purchase seperate at least the first year.

Office 365 has all the relevant applications such as word, excel, PowerPoint, etc. which are required for general use. A good buy at a competitive price for one PC.

Nothing beats MS! It's an incredible product Microsoft has produced. It's more user-friendly with added features. It lacks the cell divide feature by right-clicking that 2003 used to have.

Office 365 makes business and personal communication a no brainer.

Works great but I am disappointed that I have to renew in a year. Things have changed.

Word and Excel are great, Power Point not as useful in home environment, Outlook could be more like old Outlook.

This is a great deal. The computer is not as fast as I would expect but not bad. This is not a computer for a gamer or someone who needs a lot of graphics. But for home use it works great.

I had to purchase the Microsoft 365 Personal, when I purchased my daughter her new laptop.

Not Best By’s fault but I don’t know, and Microsoft cannot tell me, which license this is! I have a MacBook Pro, a MacBook Air, both dual boot; a Lenovo, a Surface, and two Dell’s. I have licenses for all of these ...and an extra license!!! But I keep getting kicked off because the license I am using is supposedly used by another machine. So...obviously, there are at least two of these licenses that aren’t used. Microsoft has no way of telling me which license is used in which computer and which are not used. This is amateurish beyond comprehension and I say this as a Microsoft developer. Someone needs to rattle thus outfits cage because this is just unacceptable, especially in light of the fact that I (and millions of other Microsoft customers) are trying to avoid licensing fraud and theft. Why is Gate’s nightmare punishing us? Look, we have own this product but if you can avoid it, don’t buy it.

I use Office for all my work (both professional as well as personal); I have no been disappointed in my experiences (been an Office person for more than 20 years).

What can say about this product...it's a classic and well known.

We were happy to purchase a one year subscription instead of having to buy the software. Our 80 year old step father wanted a spreadsheet and we wasn't sure how much he would use it.
