    I have used MS Office for many years and it just keeps getting better with each new addition. So MS 13 personal is everything I need in Word, Excel and outlook. The cloud support for storage enhances the program and I will use it as the need increases.

    It downloaded fine onto my SP3. I have my issues with OneNote, but haven't used the latest versions of Word or Excel to have an opinion. I recommend it mostly because it's cheaper than buying the software outright and then upgrading every few years.

    I've been using this product myself for over a year. I bought this latest one for my daughter not only so she can use the MS suite of products that come with it but also for the free 1TB of OneDrive Cloud Space. Easy set up for your PC to constantly backup your work to the cloud. Download the OneDrive app to any smart device and have instant access to all of your files from anywhere in the world. Once I set this up for my daughter her comment was "OMG Dad! This is exactly what I needed in my life!" The only complaint I have is not with the product itself. Unfortunately, it took 3 days for me to receive the software download link from Bestbuy. Other than that all is good.

    I am a retiree from a major U.S. university system. A part of my daily life is being able to communicate with family. friends, faculty and students. This software package allows me to continue to stay current with these entities. This particular package was purchased early to replace the system that was being deleted by Microsoft on 02/28/25. I was sick much of 2024 and this software program allowed me to communicate and stay in contact with medical professionals and businesses.

    Could be better - the code I used on the first computer (it had to be replaced) when I entered it in the new computer it stated I already used that code. Supposedly I purchased a plan giving me access to 365 on 5x computers. There is no way to contact MS about a replaced computer. Their Customer Service contact is not useful.
