The installation was easy as once I signed up, they emailed me the info to install it on my computer. Everything works fine so I am happy with this purchase!

Is it easier to use than other cheaper or free programs that "almost do the same functions"? If you learned Office and are familiar with its functions, yes it is easier. Does that make it worth the cost? That will have to be answered by you. For my needs, it has been worth it.

WE HAVE NOT SET UP OUR NEW DESK TOP COMPUTER TOWER. WE HAVEN'T EVEN OPENED THE BOX. WE ARE NOT SURE HOW TO GET OUR FILES/DATA FROM THE OLD vs. THE NEW. I DO NOT KNOW IF I SHOULD USE A DISK OR A PLUG IN ADAPTER FOR THIS CONVERSION????
