I had to actually call the hotline to get assistance because Microsoft didn't accept the key product number I originally entered. I had to uninstall and reinstall the software. And after I did, I feel like my laptop freezes more than before when using office. I should've purchased Microsoft office directly from computer instead of doing it separately.
