I didnt get the activation code to use this product for 5 days. The best buy customer service team could not tell me why i hadnt received it, and everytime they sent me "a code" it was definitely not the activation code. None of them could tell me why i didnt get the code, and none of them talked with each other. I had to re explain the situation to someone different everytime i called. At that point, none of them could help me get a refund (so i could go physically buy the product instead) and none of them could help me activate the digital product that i purchased. I wish i had more thumbs, so i could give the best buy customer service system more thumbs down. Shame on you best buy.

Of course, they do keep it updated, but...at a price. However, since new computers come with almost nothing pre-installed, it is what it is. The MSFT office suite does what you need, and you can still purchase program if desired.

I do prefer CD-Rom drives for a number of reasons, and now I've added Download Issues to those reasons. I bought this, could not, no matter what I tried and who I contacted, get this to download. So, because I have an office full of computers, tried it on four others. I've used Microsoft 365 on other computers, though, and it's all right. I don't like the way "office suites" work. If you are a serious writer -- if you need to get text properly formatted on paper and aren't looking for a "suite," try something else. The last three books I published were created on a vintage version of Word 2003, which is still the best. If you're young and didn't get in at the beginning of computers, you might love this. 365 does work.
