    I was happy with my online purchase of Microsoft 365. It arrived with immediate download. The site was easy to use and the instructions for download were simple to follow. I did need support but they were able to help right away, giving me peace of mind to keep my home based business running without interruption.

    This laptop has everything in one package. The 16 inch screen is taller than most. The speakers are very sharp and efficient. The backlit keyboard is my wife's favorite. Pleanty of Ram and plenty of power. The battery life is well above average and recovery time is very good. I have not found a weakness with this Dell laptop in any area.
