I'm thankful that there is software to bridge the gap from PC to Mac, because my wife and I do our graduate school papers in Word. The layout feels different to me and is taking some getting used to, which would be the .5-star deduction, as some things I look for are not where I feel I'd typically find them, but that is not a huge complaint. It saves in compatible formats for me to submit what I need to with no complaint from the recipients I send to, so until I start getting complaints about it, I see no reason to make a complaint about it.

A necessity for home office

It is convenient, easy to use and perhaps a bit overpriced. I wish Microsoft would stop charging an annual subscription and extend the purchase for longer periods of time (ie 3-5 years).
