I just needed basic office and outlook for my wife and office for myself. How Microsoft packages these things is annoying. Annual fees now for updates?! Bleh.

I'm a Microsoft Office fan and like the ability to store on and access OneDrive from multiple computers or tablets but frankly I prefer the old licensing model where I could buy the software flat out versus paying annually. I really don't need the constant upgrades for my use. I would recommend it as there really isn't another practical choice for multiple computers.

Computer was very easy to set up. The screen is very clear. The mouse is easy to use. Called for help in setting up programs and called for help in setting up protection. People I spoke to for setting were extremely helpful and courteous. I will buy more products at Best Buy. We already have a tv from there.

Great product which is user friendly and easy to use.

I have used Word, Excel, and Adobe so far, and they work great.

I like my old software better just because I was used to it but it's not terrible. What I don't like at all is the backup included with this. Not as user friendly as Carbonite. While the one on one phone support was ok there was a bit of a language barrier and I wasn't completely confident the guy really new the backup that we'll either. Still unsure I am backing everything up.

Everyone uses Microsoft Office. Whatcha gonna do. It's a little buggy with my new MacBook Pro.

I bought this to go with my new laptop because I liked the idea of always having the latest software. However, im not using it for a business need such as accounting or publishing, so it's more than I need or will ever use. When this subscription expires, I plan to buy the non-subscription version.

I purchased office 365 personal last month and it was easy to install. Just typing the code from the front of the card You receive. I honestly did a mistake in the installation process and retyping the code more than one time caused an error in downloading the software on my computer. Don’t do my mistake, just inter the number given to you once and you’re all set to a whole new world of easy work on the computer. The service member agent had been trying to reach me via email to help me with the instructions to finish the installation to the program. But I have been busy and haven’t had the time to sit down to respond to the them to finish it. And that what really is nice about the whole thing. They are determined to make each one of us have a peace of mind knowing they are there to assist us with our computer work just because we purchased their product.

I order my product online and I received my item well before they told me it would arrive awesome service.

good to have a free ms office cd with the purchase of a new laptop! now i can actually get some work done lol
