It does have my requisite components of Access, Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Still trying to decide how I feel about a subscription versus owning the software...ok so far.

Takes advantage of cloud storage and being able to use MS Office anywhere, any device. Don't need to update software when using a personal device for work.

Since I had just purchased another laptop I needed to buy 365 again. It wasn't bad as it came with a bundle with antivirus software and a wireless mouse for $49. The peace of mind and convenience is well worth it.

If you buy the product outright, you're stuck with the version you purchased.
