SaaS is the way to go in my opinion. It has the latest in protection and updates. Lots of storage too. I just wish we could have had the auto-renew. That function was not working.

IT STILL DOES NOT WORK. senior guynsaid they couldn't do anything more as they were having issues with others as well with Outlook. REALLY UNHAPPY I SIGNED UP FOR TOTAL TECJ

I'm still trying to get acquainted with it because it is really different from my previous computer but it seems to be doing a good job for what I need. It was a great price!!

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever.
