HP computer does not work; ergo, cancel subscription. I will be returning the computer. It was and still is Open Box item. Geek Squad 3 times not working for them either.

Ordered online and was delivered when promised and easy to install.

My wife is the primary user of office 365, she is a teacher and it is very convenient for all of her school work, and it is the same system that she has at school. There is a ton of options at a great price, and easy to use.

I'm old so this is a little hard to get set up and running but I do like what I have been able to understand..

I purchased this to try our Microsoft Office 365. It's been great so far. This gives full access to Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel as well as the other apps in the Office Suite. The 1TB One Drive Storage is also nice.

In general, most of the features I've used so far are nice / good. However, MS just doesn't get the fact that they DON'T have to move things / change locations of functions just to make it different. It's a real pain to have to figure out where features (drop-down menus, etc) are located every time they issue a new version of software. In addition, it seems they want to control everything you do (automatically) without any input of confirmation from you - there are a lot of people that don't want MS controlling their lives. The biggest problem I've encountered is the color contrast of most of the screens - you use to be able to make the contrast obvious and not so light. Also, it's impossible to search or look at anything on the internet without "pop-up" ads showing on every screen/page about things that you might have looked for - we looked for it once, it doesn't need to keep showing up every few minutes for the rest of your life (I have not been able to turn it off or figure out how to clear it from memory).

This is my first time as an Office subscription, rather than outright-purchase customer. I like the guarantee of updates, but don't make much use of Cloud, which I understand drives part of the annual subscription cost. Will see how my usage develops in the coming months...

Office came with my computer at a cheap price wish it came free for a year like it use to.

I enjoy Microsoft in general but dislike when I can open certain documents because of no internet connection.
