Furthermore when I attempted to contact support I got a person who did not seem to understand English except for asking me to renew early. Hmm I wonder why? I never got my question answered even after writing a formal letter.

The installation was so easy and very quick. Within minutes, I was using Office on my new IMAC.

You have to log into the site with your information in order to keep track of your purchase and update notifications. Great buy!

Anyone can install this if you follow instructions. It updates with the latest features when needed. Wish it did have more resume options, that’s the only downfall.

The task probably took somewhat longer than customary because of my inexperience. Otherwise, the program was a snap after installation.

To my surprise, it includes free instruction at the Apple Store. I have taken advantage of two classes so far because I am new to the Apple system. What a great value!

My last computer I used the same windows office version for almost 10 years, Seems like you can use google docs/slides/sheets for free now!

I recommend this version for the annual fee instead of the one time payment. This one comes with all the support and constant updates where the one time fee version does not.
