Did not read that it was an online version, and I would need to renew each year. Dumb of me. So I will be backing everything up one final time before it expires, and get a version to download onto my computer. Can't recommend either way.

It is not as easy to use and only provides very basic functionality. Sometimes Chrome wants to treat MS documents as Google Docs, so be careful.

The only way we know we can get an update is to drive back to the store and hopefully find someone to talk to. The new computer is needed for business, not good. Very disappointing!
