The new version is simple to use, everyone who uses the pc format will love the suite. very user friendly, however not a fan of the yearly subscription, need to make it more affordable or should be a free product.

The Microsoft Office 365 is perfect for my small business.

Talked with several knowledgeable colleagues familiar with this subscription software. they expressed low reliablity and greater difficulty accessing cloud storage. So I decided to return the Microsoft 365 and purchase updated Microsoft Office. Also I do not need to collaborate with spreadsheets, documents or powerpoint presentations. Nearly all collaboration uses Google sheets, docs and etc

After I installed this, the fan began running really loud and it crashed my new computer and got it stuck in boot locker. Once I got the computer out of the blue screen, it didn't even know what version of windows I had. It was trying to prompt to install windows 10 (it came with 11). Once I got the operating system reloaded, I had to log onto Dell's website to reinstall all the drivers that had gotten wiped out.

Installed on a new computer, wasn't that difficult. Automatically gets charged for renewal to your Best Buy account each year so you don't have to go out and purchase another card.

Trying this out. Not sure if I will renew yer will decide later

Ordered online for store pick up and arrived within minutes and card was ready for pickup. Installed and registered with Microsoft and off to the races I go. Quick and easy. Thank you online store pick up option.

Great software, sometimes a little to many bells and whistles.

Bought online and when I received the email with the activation code, the full code was not in the email.

This is the best office program on the market. Hands down.

It is great and have no problems. Downloaded really fast.

My first purchase for this item was when I upgraded from win7 to win10. That did not go well with less than half the apps loaded - twice. Then, that PC started failing so bought new with win10 as native and that worked fine. No matter who I asked at BB I could not find anyone to tell me HOW to transfer my old subscription over except to say "call Microsoft" Ever tried that? Hah. The big surprise is that when I did install the new subscription in the new unit it took what was remaining on the original time and applied it to the new one so it came out to over 17 months. Still not as functional as having the actual aps on your own machine but workable. NOTE - - your old Office files from other edition will not work in this one so they are gone....
