mircosoft 365 provides all the office tools we need. The TB of storage is great for backups on one drive

I love the Microsoft Office apps, but I would have thought that this product packaging would have allowed me to use the product on both my desktop and my laptop - I can only do my laptop and a tablet - I don't have a tablet and I do not need one with my HP Spectre 360 laptop.

Took awhile to install. I like the new templates on Word

You can't go wrong with buying Office 365. All the applications you need for presentations, to spreadsheets, database and more. Office 365 is worth the investment.

This option was a lot more cost effective than purchasing the newest version of windows. I mostly use word, with a little excel thrown into the mix so it works for me. Now if I could just figure out the cloud.....

I purchased this for the 2017/2018 school Year.I use at home and at work.Very easy to download and a must have for all students and business owners!! You can use it on 2 devices which is awesome.

I previous purchased Microsoft student program & now I have to buy each year to get word, excel,etc

Installed renewal on 8/1/2017. Got an email from Geek Squad today teling me to renew my subscription. I also got a reminder on excell telling me my subscription is about to run out. What's up with that?

I had issues with saving and retrieving documents. Having forced to save documents on ONEDRIVE is very unproductive. When I "save" to computer, I cant even edit unless I have to save a copy again or download to edit, very unproductive. Another thing is the "app" I downloaded had me remove the apps (excel and word) from my laptop and now I have to log into microsoft to be able to utilize it. VERY VERY VERY unproductive and time consuming. I understand saving to onedrive to protect documents but it should be the consumer's choice to do so. Oh and now we have to pay extra to save on this onedrive? GTFOH

I did have couple quirks getting it installed and running properly. But now that it is, I am delighted with it. As I stated, Sorry I delayed so long in getting it. Excellent!

MS needs to let people think a little more too controlling

Actually I purchased the six user version for myself and family. I love the ease of use and was able to open and save older versions of documents that I had created.

The cheapest way to have and use Microsoft office 2013.

I was hesitant to purchase a software product via a downloadable format, however, it has proven to work out well. I am so used to having the CD Rom but now most products are available via download and subscription. The Apple support people suggested the subscription since the upgrades are automatic and I can use this on my desktop, laptop and mobile devices. I have downloaded to my devices but I have not figured out how they work on a device. I see messages that updates are available but so far I have not been able to get the updates. The subscription was a good deal offered by Best Buy when purchasing a new product.

I love this Microsoft program suite Always does what it's supposed to do and performs just like you would think that a trusted program should. Would recommend Microsoft products to anyone anytime.
