Even though I absolutely love the Geek Squad; they aren’t all Microsoft application knowledgable ( hardware knowledgable maybe. Personal 365 does have “Teams” but you cannot call out or have someone call you; which is why I needed 365.

Good deal with my laptop purchase

Microsoft 365 download issues
