I got this originally for school a year ago and didn’t notice that it was an auto renewing charge at the time of purchase. I called them to get it cancelled, my account was just charged, and hopefully refunded back to me and they did it with no problem or hassle. Definitely was the easiest customer service I’ve dealt with.

If it didn't come preloaded on the computer, then you used to be able to buy the programs you wanted and have said program for the life of your computer. Now, I'm forced to get them all and pay for it all the time. The program itself is great. It's having to do a subscription service that annoys me to no end.

I program this on my Surface tablet I just purchased less than a month ago. So when it asked to install the app I was thinking each will show up on my Surface as apps. However, once I got past that everything is good. I have only used Word and Excel so far. Another thing is that it keep saying Skype is working in the background or something. I'm not interested in using Skype. Not sure what that mean either.
