We wouldnot do without having installed and activated

Microsoft 365 is a very useful program having all the necessary programs for my daughter to be successful now and as she goes to college next fall.

The software works equally well on my phone as well as my laptop.

Good only reliable word and excel. I use word and excel for day to day tracking, helping kids in school with anything they need, creating to do lists, managing money spending costs, etc. This was installed easily at time of laptop purchase and did the annual where I get all the upgrades. In the constant changing technology world sometimes old reliable meets the need the best!

A must need and a great deal when you buy with a computer

Overall, I've enjoyed my experience with Microsoft 365. Given, the current pandemic crisis, Office 365 - Teams has been an integral tool when providing IT support. There are so many unknowns when providing IT support to users from the devices, ISPs, and/or user's tech knowledge, Teams has made IT support that much easier. I like that nearly all apps can be accessed via a web version so that users can pick up where they left off without missing a beat.

I wasn’t informed that my current subscription would still work.

I bought the subscription to keep it updated as upgrades are made on a continuing basis. Rather than a 1 time purchase with no upgrades iI know I am using the latest version.

Well it sorta is required if you going to use your computer or laptop. The all suite option is good package for student and small business. Was at decent price. Subscription and that is a Microsoft issue not Best Buy so don't like that but need to keep up with the updates.

Very satisfied with the product. Set up easy, and computer is performing as expected.

Very easy to install, has everything I need for my new laptop to work with Office

I was so skeptical about the purchase and downloading and unfortunately I am not very tech savvy as I hope to be. But I downloaded and so easy to load and put into use. Actually, super easy which came to a great relief to me. 5 stars review is accurate.
