It was so easy to help set up ; just go inside your Microsoft word and put in the Key .. follow the steps and then you are connected . I love it so far

I have always loved Microsoft Office and this version is outstanding. It's very easy to install and use. I've learned a lot of new tricks with it.

The product is good. The journey to get the product was god awful. Timing of the delivery kept changing and when it arrived there was no power cord for the laptop. Hours on the phone yielded a little money back but going to the best buy on macarthur road in allentown finally got me a power cord. No manual but what can you do. The woman who helped me that sunday morning was fabulous. is this a review for microsoft 365 ? computer should come with anti-virus as well.

Microsoft Office is really the best for word processing and spreadsheets but the nice thing about the subscription is it is always up to date with the latest version.

Nothing earth-shattering with Micro Office, but the installation was astoundingly obtuse: put in all the info and had to WAIT OVER 48 HOURS before I could download the product - and Microsofts' so-called customer service is truly abysmal: send in a request for information and have it denied because I could not supply any info regarding sent emails and/or saved files when I JUST PURCHASED a new computer and could not install the software to use it much less send emails or save files? I bought this with a cheap PC to fulfill a very large customers immediate electronic request for info that could not be fulfilled on any of my Macs: due to this fiasco with Microsoft, I had to repurchase Office online to get immediate access and fulfill my customers demands. NOT cool, NOT user-friendly, and quite frankly, I will NEVER buy software from BestBuy again - especially since, upon driving the 20 miles back to the store, they flat-out said there was nothing they could do. Nice.

Best thing is access to 1 GB of cloud storage via OneCloud. Plus the ability to access OneCloud from anywhere, and use Word and the other apps on any device is great!

Good product but only if you get a deal. Otherwise use free stuff. Not worth money for one year. It took forever for non professional to download from Best Buy.

Bought this with my new Surface Pro 4. Downloaded quickly from the web and installed with ease. Been using MS Office for years at work and it keeps getting better and better.

Office 365 is truly user friendly. I can type my papers with ease because of the templates given to assist me in doing it professionally and efficiently.

The system is okay I prefer the old one it was a lot easier to go into a maneuver the new one is more complex you have to find exactly what you're looking for.

More expensive than it used to be and makes it complicated to convert to other forms (jpeg, Pdf...etc) changes the formatting and you have to fix it almost every time.

My niece didn't need this so she returned it. I have it on my personal computer and it is easy to work with

Still working through how 365 actually works. Not as intuitive or "Word-like" as I thought it would be. Getting files where you want them seems tortuous, but I'm still learning.

I have been trying to download the Microsoft 365 software that I purchased with my computer and have not received clear information on how to do so. On my order confirmation email, it states I will receive an email on how to access it. The email I received provided me with a verification code and said I should go to BestBuy.com and enter it to access the product, but it did not tell me where to enter it. When I try to download the digital software, it asks for my product key - I cannot find the product key!!

This subscription is a must have for all students entering college and great for everything. It is easy to download and set up and you are guaranteed to get your money's worth.

perfect combo when buying a labtop. Free Office for a year and thats important. There is no way around in this world without office so you might as well get it free for a yr.

Easy to use for email and other office products. I like the option of a yearly subscription price and for just $30 more you can purchase liscenses for the entire family.

I was about to take a class and needed Office to get me through the various courses. Great software that allows you to do many business related projects.

It's office and you get some extras like tablet support and online storage. I suppose I would think more of it if I would use the OneDrive space or had to have an always up to date version of Office for my word processing. I personally don't.
