As if computers aren’t expensive enough, I hate having to pay for Microsoft office products, but this was well worth it.

What I like about this product; Everyone should own this, Easy One-Click installation, Lightning fast installation and Excellent value for money.

This product was wonderful for the first year of use. Following that, the subscription wasn't activating on my computer. I reached out to customer service via phone and online chat 4 times and they were unable to help. They then said I had to pay $50 for this product to be serviced (almost as much as the product.) Won't be continuing with Best Buy for this Subscription.

Microsoft 365 personal 1 year subscription came free with my MacBook purchase the first year. It’s easy to use and set for auto renewal.

This is a great software to purchase. It has the essential software products needed for personal, educational, and professional needs.

Downloaded by geek squad. At pick up time they were not helpful and almost returned laptop! Finally hour half later apologized but not great start. I find phone help much better. Lots to learn on word but time will tell if renew it next year.

Bought this subscription service for my Daughter, and she seems very happy with it. The Geek Squad folks helped put it on her computer, and it works perfectly.

The 365 performs well, with the word component and the outlook email can easily be set up. I had no problem with it at all. I would certainly recommend it to a friend.

I like Microsoft 365, but truthfully, I wish they would make it cheaper for the yearly service, or extend one copy of the office suite to last for a lifetime for multiple computers

Got this with our laptop for resume and it has been great good for kids schoolwork as well and got it for cheap for bundling it with out laptop

Well rounded software program that meet my needs. I’m able to utilize my software efficiently for work and personal reasons without any issues.

As a teacher, I use Microsoft Office to design practically all my lessons. Having Office 365 help me have the most updated version at all times.

The Microsoft office is very easy to install with ample room in the cloud to back up photos and docs without having to buy bigger onboard storage. Great idea!

I've only used Excel and Word from Office 365, and I'm satisfied with those products. I upgraded from Office 2013, and there was basically no learning curve to use the 2016 version.

So far So Good, It is an upgrade from Office 7 that I had on my old computer. This came free with the purchase of my new laptop.

This program does what I want it to do and more. Learning more and more each day on different ways to use this program. So glad I got it and updated form my old version..

We opted for this software with a new computer so we could still interface with older Office files. Works great and meets or exceeds our expectations.
