I love Best Buy and the Roseville Geeks are the best. This clearly is not a reflection on BB or the Great Geeks. I am horribly disappointed that Microsoft is charging so much for their software then has the audacity to have it Auto Renew. Before my renewal, I'm going to do some research and find different software. Shame on them. As a side note, the Geeks should let the customer know about the Auto Renew before they load it on their computer or lap top. Keep up the good work Geeks!

Greta product. Need to find the key to reload after computer repair. Tech support took too long and call got disconnected.

12 month subscription to all the programs you need for work and school, just watch out for the auto renew if you don't intend to keep using it!

The subscription was SUPER easy to redeem on my laptop and has all the usual features of Microsoft office, also the shipping time was accurate so that was a plus!

Although I did not personally install office 365, it seemed like an easy install. It has everything necessary for daily computer usage.

No problems setting the Microsoft suites up. Haven’t really used them yet, but having Access is so important for my education, so it’s a huge relief.

Office 365 is a must! Easy to install and auto renewal is convenient. Good subscription to have for personal home computers.

Microsoft Office is the way to go. It has all the programs I use and need. I’ve used Microsoft Office for years. In fact I was Mouse Certifiedyears ago!

I am a first time subscriber and glad to see the feature of being able to sign in and edit my document in all my different devices.

In the past I've always purchased Microsoft office, but this was a much better way where it's cheaper and you don't have to worry about getting the new update.

Use it for my daughter's online classes because all their assignments are formatted with office. Works great. She hasn't had any issues using the program on her Mac

No issues with this software and it works perfectly on my MacBook pro. I just don't like the fact that its a subscription and need to pay every year for it.

I am new to Windows 8 and just starting out with this new laptop. I am becoming familiar with some of it's uses but still new. I love the key board and viewing of the screen. I wish their would of been some classes on how to use it and what is the best way to apply. I also find that the geek squad is knowledgeable but a long distance for me to travel to get their assistance. I have tried to contact the geek squad through chatting but found that I was not familiar enough with it to get anything out of it. I kept dropping them or was disconnected. I know once I become familiar with Windows 8 I will probably get to really enjoy it. I am looking forward to that day.

Was not going to get Microsoft at first, but then realized that it is needed. Best decision I've made. I use it for work, and the kids use it for school assignments.

I resent Microsoft's recent requirement for annual subscriptions for Word or its other Office products. We should still be able to buy a user license and use it for as long as we want to then if and when we want to upgrade then buy what we want at that time.....

Excellent. The product keeps getting better and better. For example, Word now has templates for just about anything (i.e. resumes, lists, outlines, reports, etc.)

This product has so many perks and is worth every penny. For the organizers and writers in your life, Microsoft suite is the much needed product.

Who doesn't have to use Microsoft Office? I know I prefer it to other programs. This one has a lot more features that make the process of getting things done easier.
