Terrible setup
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ridiculous setup; after having purchased the personal 365 version in Sept/2020, now need to upgrade to the family 365 version and there's NO WAY TO DO IT without buying family, installing family, deinstalling personal, and then calling Cust Svc to get the remaining 4 months of personal credited back to our account. What should have been a 10 minute upgrade is now a 4 hour waste of one's life just b/c we purchased 365 from Best Buy instead of from MSFT directly.

Found out at another location the information given was not the truth! I kept it because I got it on sale and saved some money.
