Still need to call Microsoft to finalize the setup. Also, the program seems very different from my old Office 2016. I think I need a tutorial.

MS Office used to come loaded with the computer. Now, they "give" you a whole year "free", then you are charged every year after that. Why?...because of all the "enhancements" (?) Currently it's $100/yr but that's always subject to change. Nope, unless you're a Geek, stay away from Microsoft.

I purchased this thinking it was an actual Excel/Word/ P program and not the Microsoft 365 - I already have the 365 and I did not download the program and Best Buy will not refund the money. This should be verified at the time of purchase if the customer has this program already installed. Poor help Poor geek squad- all the money we have spent over the years- WASTE OF MONEY!
