Office 365 is so much better than buying a certain year version. You get all the updates and improvements.

Office 365 works as expected, but not excited about renewing the subscription every year. Had a bit of trouble getting outlook to work properly.

I haven't used Office products in a while, and they have substantially changed. I would appreciate more tutorials or more user-friendly help feature.

Excellent product. Sales professional very knowledgeable. Even answered all the questions my IT friend had on the phone for me about the purchase.

I mostly use excel and word, what I love about them is how easy to use they are and they give templates that will help get you started.

I like the features. However, I am not the most computer literate person. I would have loved at least a 30 minute tutorial, at no charge, to make the transition smoother. It was hard starting the process.

I am sure this works just fine. Unfortunately, I forgot I already had a 5 computer subscription, so I have this version just sitting around.

This program from Microsoft is exactly what I needed for my daughter she is a sophomore in High School and was able to do her homework with this program.

To be able to have everything accessible for you right away and be able to customize all your layouts. It is user friendly and very easy to work with.

The cloud based software is easy to load and use. The only downside (not Best Buy's fault) is the yearly fee to have it.

Best software package for "WFH" work from home. Programs are current, powerful, and at cost effective pricing.

Have been using MS Office for years. 365 maes it easy for me to stay updated with the latest version.

Don't like monthly cost, would rather have one cost for life of PC

I have been using Office for years. Now that I am retired, I don't require all the bells and whistles and this product definitely works for me.

I had this software installed in my old MacBook (until I discarded it) and I love using this for my work and my personalize.

I use this free as a student. Was impressed so I bought this for the wife. She uses it all the time.

Great software for home/school. Had the pro version on my old computer. Can use this software to open those documents and edit/revise as necessary.

I never did get Microsoft 365 because of the screw up on the computer when it was shipped I had to go in and exchange it because when the computer came it was a not a complete package so in the exchange process Microsoft 365 was canceled and I was never offered the bundle in the exchange it was a big rip off it was a big rip-off

After install, account was immediately hacked. Have contacted Microsoft numerous times and keep changing my password. I have even set up multi-factor. Requesting help is impossible (when I finally did get them on the phone the agent just kept repeating himself/somebody overseas) and they simply do not care. Waste of money. Do not purchase. This is so strange to me and a huge disappointment.
