Wanted to stay with MS Office and selected this version for 1 year instead of an outright purchase which I would own. Personally would rather own the OS, there's a fear that MS won't support the purchase version down the line; then I would be stuck again like before. Unfortunate but it seems like all software company's are going to this business model.

Best Buy forces subscription to auto renew !

I went back a few months later and Best buy chaged the setting! They also made it so you cznt cancel the subscription!! Office 365 is an unstable crap and I dont want it. See other reviews and they say the same thing ! im going to report best buy just so theres a record of it somewhere . You cannot unsubscribe and the phone number they have no clue whT to do !

Needed remote asistance from Microsoft and many hours to get it installed.
