Along with a new laptop, I got the Microsoft suite. My sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding to make this purchase. I’m not easily persuaded but I felt confident in the product and his knowledge in guiding me to what I purchased.

Microsoft 365 is a great product sold by Best Buy. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to be more productive.

I do a lot of writing and couldn't be without Microsoft 365! It's a lifesaver.

[Employee of bestbuy] To be quite honest I didn't think I would think very highly of this product. I didn't really have much of a care about any of the features this came with as I already had a 365 subscription through my university. However, I can now say that I'm glad I decided to go ahead and purchase the newest personal version with the full suite of features. It has helped me be more productive with work and school than I ever have been, and the windows defender security program has helped me out immensely.

I love this laptop. Its extra size is very useful to me as I have slightly larger hands. The only thing it doesn't have that I wish it did, is a backlit keyboard. I didn't know how much I relied on that with my former laptop until I started using this one. I can't imagine why HP didn't add that feature. Other than that, wonderful item!

Much needed to work with Microsoft products on my Mac computer... easy to install and use!

I like the program, but I'm not happy with having to pay a subscription for what used to come on all computers anyway. If it didn't come preloaded on the computer, then you used to be able to buy the programs you wanted and have said program for the life of your computer. Now, I'm forced to get them all and pay for it all the time. The program itself is great. It's having to do a subscription service that annoys me to no end.

I always liked to be connected to my Microsoft account and 365 personal Microsoft let me be better connected, in addition to being able to execute actions in Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Yes, I can say that I love this application.

I love this product! It has everything i need for work and school. The best part is, I get a notification when my subscription is close to ending and I need to renew.

Can't go wrong with Office 365. If you not running a business but are avid on the computer. This will have everything you need.

Obviously you need this if you plan on doing any kind of work. Sure, there are freeware items out there, but be careful when downloading so you don't get any malware.

The programing process was a little confusing. I program this on my Surface tablet I just purchased less than a month ago. So when it asked to install the app I was thinking each will show up on my Surface as apps. However, once I got past that everything is good. I have only used Word and Excel so far. Another thing is that it keep saying Skype is working in the background or something. I'm not interested in using Skype. Not sure what that mean either.
