I was looking for a laptop to upgrade my home computer, and this deal popped up. Very happy with the ease of online order, store pickup.

Everything I use at work is now here at home. I don't know if that is really good or bad, but works well for me.

This is still helpful but before, you didn’t have to renew it every year.

Have found the Office 365 very useful for my needs. Have been using it mostly for school related use. Definitely been helpful.

I use this software on a daily basis at home and at work. I love that my computer came with the trial that I could just download from the link Best Buy sent me after my purchase. I was worried that it would be different on my Mac than it was on my windows computer at work but to me it was the same. I’m not a huge fan of it being a subscription vs a software that you buy once and it is just updated as needed but I that’s a very small issue for me.

A good product and a necessary product if you are in need of Microsoft tools. It is a must for Microsoft word, power point and excel.

Haven’t worked much yet with Microsoft 365. Just purchased the app with my new computer and am still familiarizing myself with all systems.

Not as easy as Windows 7. You need an instruction manual on how to get the icons to show up, after being installed. And the "live" and ever-changing startup screen isn't my cup of tea, either.

Software easy to use. Word good for typing letters, memos, etc. Excel great for my spreadsheets and I can add formulas to my spreadsheets

Not used. Too powerful and complicated to synch with work. Had all sorts od problems with one drive on multiple computers.

Great deal to try 365 product for 3 months.includes all products needed for my daughter school too

To me, Office is still an essential. I am retired, so I use simple Word documents and simple Excel spreadsheets. Still, the product is great.

I like the product but not to savvy using it I believe it downloaded an app not the whole program or it could be me not understanding how to download it

The subscription was great it was what my girls need they helped me pick the right one works great

Microsoft has it all! love excel, word, powerpoint, and everything else it has to offer. As a student, its a necessity.

I can use all the programs I need like Word, Powerpoint etc. Just type in the code and it downloads the programs to your new computer

I am one month into using this product. I will know as time progress it is it a good product. So far it is good

With all this new changes to stay and work from home it was very easy to install and start homework and work.

Never owned a apple product before, thus I purchased this as I was familiar with them more than apple's programs. They work work great.

Its easy to just pay a fee when you need the software but its way overpriced. IF they didn't make software that came out even a few years ago outdated, then I wouldn't have bought this.
