With a personal subscription you get an installation of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and OneNote. If you run a PC (not a Mac) you also get Publisher & Access. The absence of these two programs is one of the reasons I dropped the rating to four stars. I can speak to the iOS side of things: You also get a very good iPad version of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and OneNote. One the iPhone you get a less featured "Office Mobile" app that lets you open Word, Excel, and Powerpoint files and create new Word and Excel files

It was my mistake in not catching the version change. I called the store to cancel the order. They told me to go on line and cancel it. I could only cancel the hardware. There wasn't an option to cancel the software bundled with the new laptop I had previously selected. I called the 800# went through 3 different depts. and spent an hour and 20 min to confirmation the software package was canceled as well. They said it was take up to 8 days for the credit to post. 18 days late still no credit. Tried to call Worst Buy back on their 800#. It said due to higher Coronavirus we can't take your call and disconnected the call. LAST TIME I WILL PURCHASE FM best buy.
