It use to come with computers and laptops you bought. Once bought it was yours forever but i guess they needed to figure out how to charge more money to college students

To install office & after awhile they installed it, hung up & I didn't know even how to start it or use it so have struggled to use it. Still rarely use it. Called geek squad one more time & was told it is not their job to "instruct" so though their services were paid for, I got no help it was new to me so hope I can find something I ca n use. Sad it was a gift !!! But do 't want the person to feel badly. He thought paying Geek Squad would help me. Ha!
