I had no problem getting the software to load, and Word is, well, Word. (I always preferred WordPerfect, but that's me). I haven't used anything else in the suite, but have received an email with "helpful tips" that I might read one day. In my spare time. Of which I have SOOOO much.

I was looking to renew my Microsoft 365 account to update my resume. 3 months is exactly what I needed. I am satisfied with the software included. Due to cost though I doubt I will extend my membership thru BestBuy. It can be found cheaper elsewhere.

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever. Online ads misleading. Educate customers of what Microsoft options/competitors are for intended use. In 2022 why is it still such a PIA to use a computer without an internet connection to simply write documents when desired to do so???
