Poor Customer Service

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’d already purchased this software back in December 2021 for $69.99 but was delayed in downloading it to the new Apple IMac that was purchased in the same order and just recently after a few emails reminders to be downloaded and was charged an additional $80 dollars… How is that fair???

Can't beat Office

The main reason was because my 5th grader was being required to do more and more projects for school and they use MS Office. So it just makes it easier to have the same version at home so she can get the work done instead of complaining that the software is "different".
