Our daughter is using Office 365 for the first time for school work and is loving it!

This is exactly what I was looking for asomething I could not purchase full product at the time.

Bought this software mainly for outlook, but power point, excel and the cloud have come in handy as well.

This is the only office suite we use and find it the easiest to navigate and use.

Easy to install and ease of use so far, looking forward to delving into the different programs further.

When I purchased my new laptop I decided to go with the Microsoft 365 subscription rather than purchasing the software outright. My reasoning is that the 365 subscription allows me to always have all of the most up to date software at my fingertips all the time across 3 of my devices and the Cost of the subscription is very inexpensive in comparison...these things made this purchase a no brainer for me.

I was in need of a new computer, so I spoke to a young man in the computer department. He was extremely helpful, explaining everything I needed to know to make an informed purchase. About a week later, I picked up my computer at the store. Before I pulled the trigger on that purchase, I explained to the same young man that I was not very computer savvy and needed somebody to help me set it up. He again told me that I could call the Geek Squad to have them walk me through the set-up process. However, when I called the Geek Squad, I was told that they were too busy and were not currently setting up computers. I am 70 years old with a laundry list of medical issues. I have been very careful to remain safe throughout the pandemic. I am not comfortable having a stranger in my home to take care of a computer issue. There was also a phone number I have a $1300 computer setting in my home that is totally worthless to me! I really don't know if Microsoft 365 is something I would be able to recommend.

Required everyday productivity software which provides the full Office Suite

My daughter is able to maneuver the program well. Very functional and user friendly. A must-have!

I went to store and asked if I can cancel this product, I was told no, it couldn't be done. We did not active the subscription. So, looks like I just lost my money on of this. NOT happy that there is no way to check to see that it has not been used / activated. I changed my mind and do not want the Microsoft 365 Personal subscription. Apparently, I cannot return for reimbursement even though it wasn't installed.

We have used Microsoft Office programs for many years. I have loved Outlook and have never had problems with it. I use Outlook because it is the only app I know of that I can create groups for various email mailings. I purchased my new laptop and Microsoft Office program in mid-March. It is now April 24th and I have had Geek Squad fix Outlook 3 times. They worked on it to get it to connect to Cox at the beginning and two times since. If you look online there are many complaints about this issue. It's a possibility it is a Cox problem but all the people online surely are not all Cox customers. Would I recommend the package app? Yes. I hope some day to figure out what the technician is doing so I can "conect" with Cox myself when it fails, but it looks like it is still trial-and-error figuring out the problem. Thank goodness for Geek Squad. WORD, PowerPoint, and Excel seem to be the same reliable programs and I'm happy with them. Many features of Outlook at excellent also, but it has this inherent glitch, I think.

Great price for the same product my work pays a lot more for. Every home user needs it

I use all of the features - email, calendar, contacts and tasks. It is all very helpful to me and easy to use.

Great software to do resumes and school essays for a whole year. Really necessary for various tasks
