This is a somewhat more cost effective way to "own" all the Office products, by having the ability to use them for a year. The only advantage I have found is that I can access my Office applications from any computer by logging onto my account.

We buy the computer once, why not buy the program once? And no customer service!? No one to call when things don't work or questions need answering? Steep price to pay overall, so big points lost overall value.

The office tools she was previously using in our HP was her go to for her work. After our old PC took a hike,I bought her a Macbook that did Not have all the same office tools this provided. Followed the instructions after a best buy rep explained the home install and Presto! She's not missing a beat. Thanks Best Buy.
