Same as other office versions with just new upgrades and new features. However, as new versions come out, the application is not as intuitive as it use to be but it does it job. I still use Office until this day. I haven't jumped ships yet to Google Docs

Very disappointing after talking to Sprint and they mentioned those charges should have been explained to me from the Best Buy reps. I was told I would have a $75 monthly fee, but my second bill was $215... there were no charges of my own, but four other standard charges they said should have been pointed out. Disappointing!
