Getting to menus/functions/etc., requires too much jumping around screen-to-screen and using pull-downs to get things done expeditiously. However, what does one expect with any MS product?

I ended up taking it back to Best Buy where they were very helpful. After they showed me how to install one program I was able to install the rest myself. So far I have not used any of the different programs but I think I will like them when I do.
