Takes some learning to go from Win 7 to 10

People have told me that it's much more intuitive so I guess that means I don't have an overwhelmingly intuitive mind. Nevertheless, I'm slowly getting it. Books on the OS have been helpful as well.

Downside is you get these apple versions for free when you use mac. But if you are using PC, the programs are really good! I'm enjoying them. I'm not sure that the 365 version is the one to buy. Why not just buy the non cloud version?

Had to contact customer service for one to be sent to me. Had difficulties with the first customer service rep. When finally received, installed this product but have not used it. I don't care for this product at all. It was not worth the effort to finally get it.

Wish it were a one time price however. Have bought the one time version for cheaper but microsoft has upped the price. Thats the only downfall. Subscription price isnt cheap but he has to have it for school as well.
