It gave an error and phone number when I tried to load it. I called and some guy with an Indian accent told me I had a serious virus called koobface that was in my router and pcs and that it probably came from using Facebook. He could fix it for $400 over the phone or I could take it in, but it would cost $600. When I declined, he hung up on me. I did virus scans on everything and found no viruses. I then tried to install again and it installed without incident.

I use this product for personal letter writing and I am satisfied. I would benefit from an hands on, on store mini- course. I have taught computer coding, WP, spreads. A refresher course would be helpful when this virus is over.

I do NOT like it. it pops up windows all the time. I asked Geek Squad to install the KIS anti virus. and they want to charge even though it was part of a bundle . Didn't realize I was purchasing it. It won't install so waste of money. I won't go to Best Buy next time. Have had better luck with QVC.

I bought a new computer and needed Microsoft on it. We purchased Microsoft Office 365, it takes some getting use to, it's different than the Microsoft Program I had before, but I like it.

I liked the printer cartrige replacement cost efficiency compared to the previous product I owned. I additionally appreciate the ability to utilized only the black cartriges when not printing in color. The slim design and streamlined control panel are much nicer than my other printer.

Although Apple computers are amazing, I personally think Microsoft Office is irreplaceable (so far) in terms of its convenience of use when it comes to Microsoft Word and Excel, among other programs. This purchase is definitely worth it for me!

I have used these application before in both a business and personal use. The programs are fine but can take a lengthy time to install especially with a slower connection. Had to use geeksuad support to get Outlook working but inally was up and running with no problems since.

This is simply the best product available on the market. There are different options available: one user or multi-user; and different renewal periods. Check all options and pick the one that best suits for your your needs.

Really needed this. Who can go wrong with me microsoft? I needed this to learn data entry and how to make power points. It's a slow process, but I'm making progress

as usual, cant do any office type work without buying the latest copy

It's fine to be able to work off-line with this product. I'm connected to the Internet a lot and sometimes a few minutes off-line can be great. With this product being able to have access to some of the fratures off-lime I can read, write and review with mo interruptions

Bought a new laptop and tried to reinstall my Microsoft Office suite I had on the old laptop and had issues. So back to the store to buy the subscription service as much as I did not want to. I need Word and Excel all the time.

Have not downloaded as actually wanted to go to Pad purchased for our son. I already have the software do did not need. He could not have it way I have it set up to go to email rather than pad itself. Waste of software

I got it as free with new pc can't complain when you get it for free.

Really wish the people told me before purchasing that i am purchasing a yearly plan rather than the one time fee cause now i have to pay more and they also had me purchase it while my new tower had it installed.

I got this so I could load docs and spreadsheets from my crashed hard drive. Works nice with Windows 10. I REALLY DON'T LIKE how Microsoft won't give you a hard copy (disc) of the program. You subscribe, and one year later--poof--the program's gone unless you fork over more money. I'm getting better acquainted with Google Docs, which is FREE--and can do what I need as far as docs and spreadsheets. Microsoft needs to reevaluate this "subscription" model. They ought to have a disc you can buy that updates over the years for free. One purchase for one program, Microsoft! Until you do that again, I'm not renewing or buying MS Office EVER AGAIN.

I just wish that I could purchase this personal product but use it with more than one product. Spending this much money on a product, would be nice to have more than one use. I have always liked the Microsoft office products so I gave it 5 stars .

PowerPoint and Word are my go-to programs, and the former has been updated with welcome user-friendly details I appreciate. Word is about as always, but just as reliable as ever. I don't find I use the cloud storage function much--prefer other ways of backing up...
