The cards is a quick and handy way to get software for computer. I did have some difficulty loading software because there were some bits of old software still remaining on computer that had to be removed before new could be installed. Opening statement could have reflected this.

Buying this software thru the Best Buy Service Plan provided savings and we were given instructions on how to install. This software now has to be renewed every year, so it is best to make use of the Total Tech Services to obtain it.

I have installed it but haven't had the time to get to be familiar with it. Hope it isn't too hard to use. Will try and get to it this next week. From what I have seen so far, it seems like it will do many things to help you be organized and be able to file and find again easily.

The product is not easy to manage (when opening documents on a computer and iPad). The functions are not the same when trying to edit or work on a document and end up spending a lot of time trying to fix (orient) the tasks you're trying to do. I would not buy it again and do not recommend it.

I enjoy this product. I use it at work and enjoy having the familiarity on my personal computer as well. I have not downloaded this to my cell phone yet but its nice to know that I can work on things from my cell phone.

I didn't get the right info from 2 or 3 clerks on how to download and use MSoffice. I wish I could get my money back.

same old office no frills no thrills nothing new nothing special

Purchased a Dell Computer and bought this with it. Returned the laptop, but I am not able to get my money back with the Microsoft purchase. Could not get any direction on how to get my money back.

On my old Macbook, I used Pages and dealt with just using Apple's versions of these products. This time, I went for the Microsoft bundle and am glad I did. No need to export or convert files to .doc anymore, which is great.

Of course I spent all day helping my mom transfer all those old important isn't this cat/dog so cute pictures but my mom being afraid of words like "Cloud" or "Drop Box" now has the habit of making me pull out her precious (stranger cat/dog pics) on my mobile

It's ok, but I'm not sure how I feel about the yearly membership.

I spent a lot of years with MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint. They’re like dependable old friends to me, so when Best Buy came up with this awesome deal on Office 365 Personal, I jumped on it & I don’t regret it at all! I will be renewing next year!

It's Microsoft. I did like the new method of subscription. Out gives flexibility to pay a lower yearly cost while staying up to date. If you only upgrade once every 5 years, then you are better off with a standalone copy. I would recommend 365 though.

I know all Mac lovers support pages, numbers. Let’s get real folks, you have to also have word, and excel. We’ve all received files from others that there are issues but I have to have a this and I got a discount when I purchased my Mac.

I don’t necessarily like the idea of a subscription and having to pay each year, but I got a decent deal when I purchased my laptop and needed the software quickly. I’ll decide what to do once the year is up, but I still like using the Microsoft products.

I love having the availability all the Microsoft applications that come with Microsoft Office 365 Personal. Over the years updates have taken place and now with this annual renewal, I will have the benefit of having the best current addition. Thank you, Microsoft!!
