Love this package! Get all the Microsoft office software that you will ever need! And the fact that if u buy it through Best Buy... it's an automatic renewal so you won't have to worry about it expiring on you during the middle of an important deadline! Love it!

I'm still getting to know Windows 8.1 having just upgraded from Vista. I haven't had any of the problems I had heard about or feared from Windows 8/1. I like the startup screen and fast startup time versus what I had before.

I guess it's working as it should, blocking virus, I am satisfied.

This is my first time having to purchase Microsoft Office because it normally comes on computers I've had in the past. In purchasing this license, I like that it allows you to download the mobile apps to your phone and access the same content as your computer.

I am not impressed with this program. Maybe I am missing setting?

I love the Microsoft Office program. The Outlook program allows me to keep my emails sorted orderly and I can save notes and reminders. I use Excel to track lots of different things too. Microsoft Word I use for all my letters and the kids use it for school work.

I purchased this software without realizing that it's not comparable to the set-up I'd run on my previous Mac laptop. It's a good enough product, performs as intended - but my work requires more intensive, fast-paced file manipulation than is possible here.

I have a problem with Outlook email. The program will not send emails. This is a ISP problem. Microsoft tech help spent over 4 hours troubleshooting and called me back to check on the status of the ISP problem. Microsoft tech support was excellent

Office 365 is the new version of Microsoft Office. For a yearly fee, the latest version is available for use. This is perfect for those who want or need the newest version at all times. As always, it is a dependable program.

Excellent! I love this Microsoft 365 Personal. In short period of time I was able to use it my presentation and business. This product gives me more convenient and mobilized more with my work fast and easy.

I have been using Microsoft Office products for many years. Switching to Office 365 has been quite the change. I love having all of the different products all in one suite. I'm not sure I quite like the yearly membership, though.

There are many changes from a previouz version of office suite I used. Not quite sure sbout them all. Change isn't always bad, it's just ...change. and it takes a bit of time and product use to adjust to. For the little I've used this, is seems to be ok.

If you want access to Microsoft Products but they aren't preloaded on your new laptop, this is a good solution. Pay on a yearly basis and receive access to Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. on all your devices without paying the high price for buying the software outright.

I have used Microsoft Office for many years and this 365 was easy to download and install. You also get so much more for the money than we used to.

This is perfect for school which is what I am using it for. I got the 12 month subscription because it upgrades every year so i can get the upgrades with it instead of just paying it one time and having the same version for ever.

Microsoft office now is able to be licensed on all computers that you own. That's great for me! I own multiple computers (vms...) that have Office, with O365 I can license it to all my devices and use office on my phone, tablet, PCs, and VMs.

It's always frustrating to have to purchase additional software when buying a new computer. This is the best kind out there and it works great. Still wish it was included, but have no complaints about the product

We are a busy family and always using ice for drinks as well as for work. I often buy or freeze ice trays but now having a machine that can make ice in about 8 minutes is great. It has saved me quite a bit of time and money already.

I have a business subscription, so didn't use this trial, but in general O365 is excellent and surprisingly well supported. If you have any problems at all, MS techs work with you on the phone until your problem is solved.
