I can't use it without a security code. Going back to BB to see if they can help me, I was OOT for 3 weeks so I haven't been able to get back over there.

The best. Seriously there is no other. If you want a professional edge with ongoing service and results, 365 is the only program for that. Compatible and accepted EVERYWHERE.

Great software. Love the new delivery platform. Only gets 3 stars bc i dont like having to renew a subscription... This makes it much more expensive in the long run than paying for an entire suite and getting it forever

This keycard is for one year, one computer for Office 365. My only complaint is that you have to call Geek Squad to cancel the automatic renewal. I don't like auto renewal of anything so I called as soon as I activated the card.

OneNote is my dream program. I love Word but OneNote is my favorite program. For Me, this is the best word processing program. The synchronization is amazing.

i got this free with the purchase of my laptop which i thought was a good deal until i found out that they can give you the family edition (up to 5) for 20 more but theyd rather sell individuals to get you to buy extras as an upsell which i think is shady.

If you are looking for Microsoft Office software for your Mac, you pretty much have to go with this. Since most people were taught using some version of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc., they naturally gravitate towards that platform. Unfortunately, Microsoft has decided to make things "easier" by changing up the interfaces, which has only served to hide things that were previously on the screen or at least easier to find. Some steps take two actions now instead of one. I wouldn't say that this is any sort of improvement over what they had before, but if you are looking for the software that you're familiar with, this will mostly do the trick. You might want to try Apple's Pages, Numbers, Keynote, etc. to see how you like those compared to this.

I prefer to work with Microsoft 2013, but this is a good backup

I purchased this item not knowing I was going need it for school. Went to orientation and was told we was going need Microsoft 365. So I thank the Best Buy employee for offering it to without knowing I was going need. Thank you

We're always using Word, again we have to have it installed in our computer. Old days had gone wherein if you own Microsoft home or office you're good until New version comes. But now you to renew it yearly.. expensive!

Very hard to install, had to have Geek Squad member install and it had to be looked at more than one time. Don't believe I had a choice to install any other type of Microsoft plan

I had to get Windows for work so I got this and so far so good.

Even thou, I am not very good in setting up my computer system and trouble-shooting problems. The squad was very quick in finding the problems and making sure it was repaired quickly. They were very friendly and easily explained the problem with the lap top.

Ordered Microsoft 365 and it wasn’t compatible with my net MacBook Air. Why?

I have used 365 as a student and have enjoyed using it as a means of access to create word documents, powerpoint presentations and excel spreadsheets. I particularly enjoy the Microsoft Office updating feature and connectivity to Outlook. Truly this the partial choice.

I have free office for a year but i barely use these programs.

I just bought this subscription on April 7 and I have received a notice that I am to be charged again for a renewal that will start in May. That's double dipping and unacceptable.

During my surfing I had "clicked on" several thought provoking items for review. To my astonishment these items were not revealed but the warnings appeared that they were not safe. Having struggled with a virus in the past I was greatly relieved to be "saved"!!
