I bought a new laptop that wasn’t preloaded with the Office suite of software like my last laptop came with. Disappointed it wasn’t preloaded. The clerk never gave me any options, just grabbed Office 365 off a rack and said this is what you’ll need. Now, I’m having to pay an annual renewal fee for the product. I also found out later that you can buy the software separately although that’s all you get, no updates unless you get the 365.

I used Microsoft Office on my PC and it does about the same thing for mac. I am still on the learning curve. I am more familiar with XL and word than the rest of the suite. The seminars that the geek squad provides are great for us old goats to learn new tricks.

Office is office. covers just about anything you would need for a home software bundle. Differences between current and earlier versions could be explained a bit clearer, but there is enough info on the web to keep you from getting stuck.

Office 365, good product but hate the fact that it is only a 1 year subscription, should be a permanent one, should not need to renew a product once purchased,

Overall I am satisfied with the product. It is Microsoft office after all. My only discouraging factor was that the sales associate did not clarify with me about the number of licenses I needed, so I ended up with only one. Not what I needed.,,

This has been difficult to install on 5 different PCs. If its not one problem, its another. Wish they would go back to a disc, or at least make it a choice.. I have better things to do with my time! I won't recommend --- but what other choice is there?!!

Got this for free when I purchased my Mac! It's a wonderful deal you get Microsoft office for one whole year for one computer. As a graduating student this is great because once you're not a student anymore you lose your student Microsoft privileges! Highly recommend.

Much, much easier to collaborate with Windows users in Outlook. Made the transition to a Mac very easy. Work mostly on my iMac, don't use the cloud much. I use a hot spot instead of a direct connection and don't want to waste bandwidth moving day-to-day files.

Geek agents couldn't get MS 365 Outlook working either in the store or online. The online "support" wasted my afternoon, and when they finished my MS Edge didn't work either. The last time I tried to get online support, the results were even worse.

This format is excellent! It allows me to format my documents in the correct format for work and school! It is easy to use and it takes the guess work out of trying to find what program(s) I may need to get my work done.

Microsoft has treated Mac customers like second class citizens for as long as I've been using a Mac (20+ years). Office 365 for Mac is nothing like the Windows version, but if you need Office for the Mac, your only other option is buying a virtual Machine and a copy of Windows.

I returned the computer for which this was charged before ever even picking it up at the store, but receive no refund for this

I resisted buying this subscription, because I usually buy every other release of a software product. I just don't find enough improvement to justify purchasing every release. With Office, I've decided to give it a try and see. Ask me again in 3-5 years.

Salesman was not helpful at all and would not give me any assistance with installation.

Good program for students. Has some flaws such as the price

Ive been operating a Windows office suite since i my first computer. This suite is pretty standard in my opinion with some adjustments, but nothing super dramatic that calls for me to give it 5 stars. Solid program thats a necessity in everyday computers users.

I really like having this software in a subscription format because I am not good at keeping track of the CDs that used come with the computer purchase. I like the auto update and auto renewal features, too! The flexibility is great!
