I use word, outlook, and excell for my home office and have nothing but good things to say about the office 365 suite. It's user friendly and has everything I need to run a home-based business. I would recommend it to anyone.

You don't have to purchase the in-store addition any longer because when you get your email from a company like Godaddy, you can get Office 365 with the subscription. That way, your email and office subscription are nestled in one package.

Excel is tough with a touch screen. Need lots of practice.

So far operating efficiently. Software came highly recommended by Best Buy Rep. Too early to tell if it lives up to its hype. So far so good.

I decided to go with Office 365 in lieu of standard MSO because it was on sale. Basically its the same cost as standard MSO if you look at it in terms of 4 year cost. after 4 years your standard MSO is dated while Office 365 is always on the latest release.

I would give it zero if I could. Not for the product itself but Best Buy policies include digital content. My wife ordered this along with my daughters laptop not knowing we already had a subscription. We Never downloaded or even opened the digital content of the email but BestBuy policy is you can’t return these types of purchases. That is terrible customer service for something ordered by mistake. And yeah I know she should have checked with me first but with the pandemic and a crashed computer she was in a hurry to get my daughter a replacement so she could do her online learning assignments.

This is my first Mac and it is totally different from PC.

The firestick we bought is an excellent investment because you can take it anywhere and plug it in with WiFi and watch the great sports and movies or whatever your into with 4G clarities it’s awesome thank You Amazon

Office 365 is the online version of Microsoft Office. It contains Word, Excel, Powerpoint, One Drive, Calendar and a few others. It updates as needed.

Office 365 Personal, 1-year subscription is a must. Not only am I a student but I am planning a wedding, a pageant for a nursing home, and a mom. I am able to do so many things using all the different Office features. I recommend having Office 365!

Do not like the idea of putting everything in a cloud.

I purchased this produce in July and I’m still unable to use this product. I made a mistake of redeeming the product key using an account that I’m currently locked out of. I have called and spoken with a person in Geek Squad who forwarded me to a different department. Finally got someone in the software department who was suppose to cancel that product key and email me another. That was last Thursday and I haven’t received an email yet!!! Im so frustrated dealing with this. I called again on yesterday and I was transferred numerous times and on hold for over 30 minutes so I hung up.

Office is not new to me, I have enjoyed the different versions over the years, but- I don’t like the “Subscription/Rental” program. It’s almost as bad as leasing a car. What happened to a “one-time” purchase?

The office 365 has some of the best included templates for resume, reports, presentation material and organizers that I have seen.. I would recommend this product and it’s subscription to anyone who seeks professionalism and quality work.

I'm used to the full-featured business version I use at work, which allows me to work online or on the desktop app. Otherwise, it's similar.

When something is not broken why oh why does Microsoft have to mess it up???? Windows 8 was a bust and this fix is just that - a fix. Confusing to install and whatever you do, do not make a mistake, because it cannot be fixed by Best Buy, you have to deal with Microsoft.

I love everything about Microsoft office. I've been using it for over 25 years and it's WAY easier to use than Mac products. I'd recommend it to everyone to use and this subscription card makes things easy and convenient.

Needs some work. Unable to locate replacement battery.

The new office program has some New Features that are well worthwhile, such as the constant automatic "Save" feature in MS Word. There is no "Learning Curve" to operate the new version of Word if you already use Word.

I had trouble to download this product. I called support and ask me to go back to store. There they download everything, but it was a lot of trouble for me to go back to the store for something like this. it would have been solved on the phone.
