Yes this product does everything its suppose to, but tell me why its only one year subscription? Why do i have to pay $60 every year to update it? Thats crazy!!

Apple's Pages is far better. However, you cannot convert it. So MS Word it is.

Needed to replace old email software that is no longer supported and was failing. Future work requires use of Excel for high volume data management. I do not use Word except to interact with others who require it.

Let's face it, in this day and age, why would you spend extra $$ on getting a permanent copy of software that we all know is going to be continually upgraded in the future? It just makes sense to buy it this way. Also, the tutorials that come with it are very helpful

There is not a problem bringing up each platform. I was pleased I was able to access important documents and connect during Cov19 employment records with ease.

Use MS Word. Want to start using Excel. Miss being able to own apps outright and for life. Would like to see Microsoft start standing behind their products for life like automobile manufacturers do.

The account keeps getting hacked. Everytime. It would be nice to get the digital key at time of purchase. I did not want it in my email that was insisted by the sales person. If my email is hacked (has been hacked) then Best Buy just walked the hackers into my code now I can sign in. I keep getting messages that I need to refer to my IT Administrator. I DONT HAVE A IT ADMIN AT WORK OR SCHOOL!!!!!!!!

I have used office for many years. However I was not willing to spend hundreds of dollars to get another copy. I was very please to find out I could rent a copy for a year - if I decide I don't need it in my new computer I can cancel the renew.

I listened carefully to what salesperson said to me about this laptop and what it was about. This will get her through four years of college & possibly beyond. I ALWAYS buy HP products as I have had good success with All I have purchased!!!

I decided to go with this option instead of the one time installation because as we know technology changes so fast. This allows me to have the latest version of Office automatic with software downloads. I love it.

Having use of the various products is transformative. The variety of software is helpful to enable productivity. I use Word mostly, then Excel, Outlook email, PowerPoint and will try OneNote and OneDrive.

I always enjoy using Microsoft Office products!!!!

It's office and I need it for basics. It was annoying to install because it won't take a work/school email so I had to setup another email but it isn't linking correctly to my gmail account. Overall everything is fine. It was just a pain to install.

This is the 6th computer purchased from Best Buy over several years. Both desktop, lap, and tablet. The reason is because of the access to the Geek Squad. I would be like "a fish out of water" if I didn't have them to install and transfer my systems.

Was debating buying the online renewal one vs the one time price. Glad I got the renewal one- it keeps updating with the latest new things, which I really love!

I had a problem loading the software on my laptop and brought it in to the store for help. It took a little time to determine what the problem was, but the Best Buy Associate was diligent and very helpful resolving this issue. Thanks!

The laptop works perfectly fine. But the camera does not which was given my daughter issues as she is staying home from school. She needed it for zoom.

I think this new way to get MS Office is interesting. Pay by year basis instead of all at once, it ensures you always have the latest version of MS Office. For heavy Office users I think this is a no brainer.
