I am highly satisfied with this product. I had purchased this product once before, and did not have any problems. One reason I bought this particular software package is because it has MS Access.

Absolutely love this subscription. The best thing about it is that I can log in on any computer and access important documents with the click of a button.

Weird install.. I only bought this for Outlook for my elderly Mom. After installing this, Outlook downloads and installs..It was weird.. Not very user friendly and also it's a yearly subscription of $49 a year

I like that when I purchased my Office 365 I had the option of auto-renew so that I never have to worry about watching for a bill & possibly missing it .

Having 365 is like having a computer word passp[ort. if I am doing a workshop and forget an item...wala...I can sign in and retrieve from the "cloud" That is such an asset.

This came bundled with the computer. That was nice because i didnt have to look for it or ask anyone what we needed. Just grabbed the computer off the shelf with the softwear and headed to the register.

If your school and/or work does not supply you with the Office package, pick it up yourself. Having a Mac, the Office Suite is worlds better than the Apple "equivalent"

This subscription was free with a laptop purchase. I received the subscription via 2 day delivery but never installed it since I already have Office 365. As with all versions of Office I have used, it is a great product.

A bit of a nightmare navigating Microsoft PC minded websites and subscriptions. I tried to cancel and it refereed me back to best buys. best but doesn't open for hrs. if ti was apple....this would have been solved. I desire to cancel but micrisift has aligned with a company that literally.... OFFERS NO PATH OF CANCELLATION ON LINE....

I'm glad that Best Buy installed Office into my new computer. The one year subscription should be interesting to renew. I believe it will not become outdated each year and renewal will keep me up with the latest. We shall see.

Purchased to go on first purchase of Apple product. Currently installing and beginning to use. Prefer the older multi-device licensing but will try this for one year.

Office 365 is no where near as functional as older office versions such as office 2007 or 2013. Outlook is terrible.

I'm not computer savey , so I had a hard time with this program. I already had an old Microsoft Windows program on my computer, so it wouldn't let me download correctly?

Everyone needs this with a new a new computer I honestly feel like it should come with a computer for the first time but it’s whatever

I was expecting to just get access to Work, Excell and Powerpoint, instead I got a ton more. I run a business and with the hundreds of templates this has it makes my life a lot easier....from proposals to managing time sheets.

So good and I'm extremely happy to have this. Especially since I got $200 off for buying a 2020 MacBook Pro Touch ID model, I got $20 off, and I'm so please with it.

This is your basic office function software. I remember the days when it was cheap for life. The cost per year now is ridiculous, but you are pretty much forced to purchase if you have any office processing needs.

This is an amazing Office suite subscription to buy for a year. It can be renewed as needed. It covers all the basic and important software to meet your daily needs. A must buy!

It states that I can install on one tablet and one PC. Well, after trying to install it on my Android tablet, it said I must have a Windows OS to accept. So...I can only use this on a Windows tablet??? What's the point in that?

The download and Microsoft programs are excellent. There were no issues with the downloading the program.
