Microsoft is a great program for many different things. You can create spreadsheets, write up papers or documents, create a picture slide, and create so many other things. I love it.

Purchased the Office 365 for automatic updates but some options on excel do not function properly. Will check with Best Buy technical staff on on installation

I am self employed and this program is amazing for that fact. Has everything I need as far as word and making spread sheets for income/outcome. Going to be wonderful come tax time!

The geek squad set up my laptop at the store I purchased it from and that was a good idea.

I got this as an inexpensive way of exploring if the Microsoft 365 suite fits my particular needs before buying into it over other solutions.

When working from home it is good to know all the applications you need for spreadsheets, presentations, or typing a simple resume are included. Plus it came with the pc I purchased for free.

Microsoft Word is not working. The program will not open at all

Bought it 3 times with my BRAND NEW HP ENVY and returned it 3 times, along with the hp envy. I ended up going with mac, and it had everything and more that office can do. No need, just buy a mac

I hate that this is now a subscription. I wanted to buy the software and forget it and now I have to pay monthly/yearly.

I keep Office on all my computers in order to be able to work wherever I may be. It’s a good product and easy to upload as long as you have some time on your hands.

I bought my Lenovo computer as part of a package deal. Included Microsoft Office, a USB stick, case and the computer. The deal was pretty good since I was looking to get this computer anyway.

Could not do without these programs. Need all these programs to do everything I want & need. I need a class on Excel. There are no complaints.

Good product for Microsoft, But I knocked off a point because you constantly have to pay for a subscription Which to me kind of sucks.Other than that it’s pretty good.

I already have a annual membership for 365 and love the product. It's a waste to put this in package with most people already having 365.

I'll be honest, I hate Office. Why? Because I'm forced to buy programs I don't want, need or use. As far back as I can remember, I've only needed Word and Excel - none of the other stuff that's included in Office. Yes, there are 'free' programs I could use that are "compatible" but I need to use Word and Excel at my job so I chose the same for personal use to avoid minor differences between them and the freebies. So I only gave it 3 stars because of the way the other programs are forced onto the user. Word and Excel themselves are still "virtually" flawless.

I’m starting classes soon and I needed these programs and I got a great deal by buying as a bundle. I also saved by buying them in store with my computer purchase.

There’s nothing great or terrible about this product. It is disappointing that you have to renew your subscription every year...but functionally, it beats having to use Google docs.

Now that ibe been working remotely I'm using this more than I ever have. Just think it's weird that you pay for a subscription instead of buying it.

Seamless process.Still learning all the new features in each of the programs i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc. hopefully renewal process in one year will be just as easy.
