MS Office contains all the tools essential for every user. I miss the days when you could buy the software and not have to pay annual subscriptions, however!

Has everything in it for student and working from home employees. Wish it could have been a lil cheaper but for a year I guess you can’t beat the price.

The bad rating is completely the fault of Microsoft not best buy. Bought this through best buy, and had Microsoft help switch my subscription to this yearly version instead of my monthly version. Microsoft cancelled my yearly subscription that I paid for at best buy without my consent and refused to refund my money because it was purchased at best buy. I do not blame best buy for this. It is the fault of Microsoft and their awful customer service.

I received 3 months free with this product. I honestly can't tell you too much because I just installed it.

It's Microsoft and you need it for your business environment. Best Buy was able to send this code with my laptop purchase which was helpful.

My first up grade for Microsoft office since 2007, everything is good so far only bummer is it has to be renewed every year, I’m good with renewing every 10 years

The only problem was outlook, would not connect. Microsoft tech supporters found the problem in under 20 minuets. Very impressed with the supporters service.

Love having all the latest editions of Microsoft products and look forward to using them all for personal and business.

I am not a fan of annual use subscriptions to basic apps, but it is an affordable alternative.

Not sure what to say but this in us a cloud based product with typical ups and downs. I'd rather own the software outright but not bad for quick service!

The product itself is fine, its just not what i wanted. I wanted a 1 time purchase with no subscription and i would get my own virus protection. The salesperson ended up selling me a subscription that i have to pay extra to geek squad to set up properly.

Thanks to Mason and his team at the Asheville store. We will continue to travel from Canton to Asheville to visit him to make our purchases. Great customer service! Thank you!

I want to be able to use my new iPad Pro to do things that I normally do on my PC. I must have Microsoft office 365 to continue to do that.

Love this, having the ability to have all of my Microsoft Office 365 features all together without having to keep up with a lot of software install discs.

This is something that should be on all computers without having to purchase. It’s expensive to purchase but got a better price since I was buying a laptop too

This program has a glitch, when it works its great with very good features. But when you save something you can't always get it back. I noticed this problem happen more with USB drives.

I got this product when I bought my new computer and I use Office Word for college so it came just in handy.

Of we needed an operating system for my 10 year old daughters new laptop. Easy purchase, easy to load and 3 free months for purchasing it.

This product is completely worth it for the huge amount of OneDrive space. I love being able to have all of my documents backed up in the cloud and available wherever I am.
