The laptop I received was defective upon first use. The quality of goods at Best buy has dropped significantly in recent years. I cannot say I will be shopping here for my electronic needs in the future.

Says enter product key. I enter it again and i get that it is already in use . Horrible set-up and thus far a complete waste of money
